• Video Downloads may be downloaded up to three (3) times, and are viewable for 48 hours after downloading.
• DVD and Study Guide purchases are processed within 48 to 72 hours. Allow another 3-5 business days for delivery.
• Please keep a copy of your receipt in case you have questions or there is a problem.

Requirements for viewing items marked as Digital Delivery:

• A Pentium class or equivalent computer with speakers.
• A broadband connection such as DSL, cable modem, or wireless cable.
• Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher (for Video Downloads).
• Windows Media Player 7.0 or higher (for Video Streaming).

Before placing your order

• Orders cannot be changed online once they have been submitted. • There are no refunds for Digital Streaming and Digital Download accounts.
